Our process is a combination of old-fashioned practices and new technology. First, each rug is inspected, measured and photographed. They are put through a dusting station followed by hand washing, front to back, multiple times, then placed in a centrifuge to deplete moisture. Depending on the style of rug, it is then laid flat or hung to dry in a climate controlled room. Finally, we take an after photo before packaging for delivery.

The turnaround time can vary based on the condition and size of the rug. Typically, a rug will be ready for delivery within 7-10 business days of arriving at our facility. However, if the rug is saturated with urine, or has water damage/flooding, the process can take approximately 2 weeks to clean and dry thoroughly.

We cannot guarantee that all stains come out because the stain may be permanent. For instance, dyes, bleach and mold do not come out with washing. We can guarantee that the rug will be completely cleaned and that if the stain can be removed, we will use every product in our arsenal to get the stains out. We also offer repairs such as replacing the discolored fiber or color restoration.
